OCTOBER 2025 | NEWS & EVENTS
We care for nature, so nature can care for you.
📽️ Featured Video: An Immersive Coyote Valley Experience
Immerse yourself in the bountiful beauty of Coyote Valley through the “Coyote Valley Suite” – a collection of five short instrumental works composed by Will Rand.
Will is a Seattle-based composer who first connected with the Open Space Authority in the spring. After touring Coyote Valley and learning about the significance of the landscape, Will composed five pieces of music that use the melodies of a piano, violin and cello to tell the story of the people, land, wildlife and agriculture that are unique to the region. Learn more about Will's inspiration for the compositions.
The Open Space Authority then paired each composition with high-quality imagery of local nature, offering viewers a unique sensory experience of the last-chance landscape. Experience the full "Coyote Valley Suite."
